A hand crafted European style pilsner, brewed with a combination of the finest malts from Australia and Europe and matched with hops sourced from the Czech Republic and Germany. The spicy hop aroma and flavours are magnificently balanced by bicuity malt sweetness.

Witbier or White beer is one of the worlds oldest style of beers. A pale golden, tart, refreshing Belgian style wheat beer that has a cloudy appearance with a fine white head. The Hunter Witbier uses a unique combination of coriander, orange and lime peel to produce a non-traditional Wit with a spicy nose and very refreshing citrus zing.
Hunter Wit Bier & Food Pairings... Wit beer is marvellous in the kitchen. Fans of Thai must try this beer as the citrus pairs exceptionally well with spicy food. Seafood and witbier are a heavenly combination - try a glass of Witbier with mussels prepared in a witbier broth with a little coriander and chilli added. The citrus pushes out the flavour of the chilli... just perfect. The most delicate of fish works well with a wit especially Japanese style sushi. Chicken and pork dishes that have some spice or zesty character also marry well with the witbier.
