What will we be brewing next?

Our new brewer, Anthony, has an Old Ale recipe he wants to test out.

Oktoberfest celebrations can't be too far away and we will be brewing a few more German beer styles to do our bit to help the our part of the world celebrate the event. I think it's about time we could try a genuine Alt Bier without travelling all the way to Europe. Maybe a Rauch, an Oktotberfest lager for sure and perhaps a Dunkelwiezen. We will have to wait and see.
