Head Brewer

After a stint as a Jenny Craig Instructor Keith took over as Head Brewer at Hunter Beer Co. a job more suited to his daily caloric intake. When asked to describe what he does at Hunter Beer Co. Keith said, "What we do is make great beer, beer we enjoy drinking and have fun while we're doing it."

Craig joined Hunter Beer Co. in July 2008. The only thing that gets in the way of Craig's committment to making great tasting and highest quality beer is his frequent jaunts to strip clubs, the TAB and his local pawnbroker.

Jess readily shares her enthusiam and passion for great tasting beer with all visitors to Hunter Beer Co. It amazes her co-workers that in between snow boarding, grooving at any music fesitval on the East coast, surfing or just hanging with her crew that she can fit in brewing an occasional spiced ale.
